The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0293 dated 31.05.2023, registered under Sections 3 and 13(1) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh.
