RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.324, dated 08.12.2021, under Sections 363, 366-A, 346 IPC, registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, dated 13.07.2022, Annexure P-2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as available to them under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
