The present civil revision petition has been instituted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the learned trial Court, Sonepat, to decide Civil Suit No. CS-818/2021, titled as "Anil Sharma Vs. Mohan Lal Sharma and others", filed by respondent No.1/plaintiff, in a time-bound manner. 2.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with, as it would only delay the proceedings and cause unnecessary expenditure to the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the material on record.

After completion of the pleadings, the issues were framed on 30.11.2022. Thereafter, either of the parties kept moving various applications and as a result, the suit has not made any progress. Till date, not a single witness has been examined and in these circumstances, the decision of the suit is likely to take a long time. 5.

Resultantly, the present petition is disposed of and the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments.

Pending misc application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
