(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Amrik Singh in case FIR No.42 dated 04.02.2019, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 307, 506, 201, 120-B IPC read with Section 25 of the Arms Act and Section 3 of the Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act), 1989 at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal. On instructions from ASI Jaspal, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 24.10.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
