In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to immediately release her property from their illegal attachment as the order of attachment has been passed without inviting any objections from her and granting any opportunity of hearing, vide order dated 03.09.2015 passed in OC No.473 of 2015. Moreover, copy of the aforesaid order has not been supplied to the petitioner despite legal notice dated 19.07.2017 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, certain relevant documents have not been appended with this writ petition.
