(ORAL) After arguing for considerable time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the present petition if a direction be issued to the trial Court to give exemption from personal appearance to the accused on all dates except on the date of recording of statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C and on final pronouncement.

The prayer being innocuous, the same is allowed. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn. This Court requests the trial Court to be very very liberal while granting exemption from personal appearance to the accused. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
