*** Present: Mr.Pavan Malik, Advocate, for the petitioner. -.- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of this writ petition, draw of lots has been conducted a week back in which an undeveloped plot is said to have been allotted to the petitioner though allotment letter is still awaited.

In view of the above-stated subsequent development, this writ petition has rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in case; (i) there is any delay in issuance of allotment letter; (ii) if the site is not fully developed and/or (iii) if the plot has not been allotted as per HUDA's own policy.

Ordered accordingly.
