Through instant petition, preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release amount of GPF/gratuity and all other retiral benefits as well as to release the last drawn salary amount along with arrears.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though petitioners moved representation dated 11.06.2018 (P-7) but till date no conscious decision has been taken. He further submits that petitioners feel satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent(s) to decide aforesaid representation, within a stipulated period. 3.
