  /5       9 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a co-accused of the petitioner, i.e. Gulafsha, has already been admitted to bail by this court vide an order passed on 16.09.2021, in CRM-M-28297-2021, with no specific role attributed to either her or to the present petitioner, i.e. Shehnaz, who are simply alleged to have been present at the spot.

Upon query to learned State counsel he submits that, as per his instructions, the charges are still to be framed by the trial court, with the petitioner having been in custody for the past about 9 months. :   $     "
