******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) In view of reply of respondents No. 1 to 7, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with submission that the State may be directed to issue a week's notice in advance to the petitioners as and when they are required in case bearing FIR No. 417 dated 27.06.2019 registered at Police Station Sector-7, Faridabad. Learned State counsel submits that as per reply filed by respondents No. 1 to 7, the petitioners are not required till date in aforesaid case. In the event of their arrest being required, they will be apprised in advance.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners and learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3 to give 7 days notice in advance to the petitioners, in the event of their arrest being required in the aforesaid FIR.
