This petition is filed seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to take legal action against private respondents for allegedly duping the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 18 lakhs. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
