The present petition has been filed for transfer of investigation of FIR No.360 dated 2.9.2020 under sections 120-B, 306, 34, 384, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Matlauda, Distt Panipat, to any independent agency.

Contends that subsequent to the registration of the FIR in question the Investigating Agency has been pressurizing the petitioner to compromise the matter with the accused party or else he will have to face dire consequences. He submits that a representation dated 01.10.2020 (Annexure P5) in the said regard was made to respondent No.3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Panipat. He submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 for taking a decision on the said representation (Annexure P5).
