On our asking, Mr.RKS Brar, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on their behalf. Let six copies of the writ petition be supplied to the learned State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for nonprosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, there is no need to seek any counter-reply from respondent Nos.1 to 6 or to serve private-respondent Nos.7 & 8 at this stage as no order prejudicial to their interest is being passed.

CWP No.2411 of 2015 [2] The grievance of the petitioners in this case is that lot of irregularities and illegalities have been committed in the matter of allotment of 100 square yard residential plots to the families of Scheduled Castes and those living below poverty line, in village Panhari, Block Barwala, District Hisar. The aforesaid issue has been raised by the petitioners vide representation dated 05.12.2014 (Annexure P-3). In view of the specific allegations made by the petitioners against certain persons, however, without expressing any views on the merits of each allegations especially when those allottees have not been heard at this stage, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Hisar, to seek a fact-finding enquiry through an officer; look into the allegations made by the petitioners and take an appropriate action in accordance with law.
Let the needful be done within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
Ordered accordingly.
