Perusal of the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in CWP No.16828 of 2019 would show that the said writ petition was held to be premature and the authorities were held at liberty to consider the point raised in reply to the show cause notice and take decision thereon.

Thereafter, order of dismissal was passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Headquarters, Gurugram. [3].

CWP No.20225 of 2019(O&M)  appeal against the said order and has preferred this writ petition within one week.

In the light of statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner, no indulgence can be granted in this writ petition. The present petition is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file statutory appeal against the impugned order dated 18.07.2019 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Gurugram along with an application for condonation of delay of the period during which, the petitioner has pursued the present writ petition in accordance with law. In the event of filing appeal along with the application, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove.
