After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file separate petition for each of the accused. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 4.

It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of present petition shall not come in the petitioner's way.
