Petitioner has prayed for a mandamus seeking a direction to respondents no. 1 & 2 to issue appointment letter on the basis of selection list, Annexure P-6.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that issue shall be considered by the competent authority and a decision shall be taken on the legal notice, Annexure P-8. Copy thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner within six weeks.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
