Present writ petition is to challenge the impugned award dated 21.07.2008 (Annexure P5) and order dated 23.07.2012 (Annexure P10). Learned counsel for the petitioner, while arguing on the point of delay of ten years, contended that different applications were filed for recalling of the aforesaid orders and the same were dismissed for want of prosecution on the part of petitioner himself. As such, there is no justified ground for condonation of delay on this ground. The petitioner has failed to give any valid explanation for such a long delay. In view of the law laid down by Hon'ble the Apex Court on the point of delay and latches, in Nedungadi Bank Ltd. Vs. K.P. Madhavankutty and Others AIR 2000 SC 839, present petition stands dismissed.
