(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to initiate legal proceedings against the private respondents No. 4 and 5 who had sexually harassed the minor daughter of the petitioner aged about 12 years by forcibly entering in the house of the petitioner and had further taken away an amount of Rs.28,000/- cash alongwith a gold chain weighing 2 tolas.
