The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing/setting aside the impugned charge-sheets dated 15.04.2015 (Annexures P-1 to P-3) and subsequent enquiry report dated 04.09.2018 (Annexure P-7) as well as orders dated 19.12.2022 (Annexures P-9 to P-11), passed by respondent No.2, whereby 06 annual increments of petitioner No.1 and 04 annual increments of petitioners No.2 & 3 have been forfeited on permanent basis. 2.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
