The impugned order cannot be faulted for the application was made after the last date for submission of application. 3.

Faced with this, the petitioners submitted that the advertisement itself is bad. The claim, however, in this petition is based on the said advertisement. The reliefs sought in this petition, therefore, cannot be granted. 4.

The petitioners are always at liberty to file appropriate proceedings for challenging the validity of the advertisement itself. 5.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
