(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the revisional order dated 30th May, 2014, appended as Annexure P-1, on the basis of which, a demand notice dated 08th October, 2015 (Annexure P-2) has been issued by respondents No.2 & 3 respectively.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner at the first instance to approach the concerned authority by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation raising the grievances as have been sought to be raised in the present writ petition. However, a time bound direction be issued to the respondents to decide the same. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, observed that in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner within one month from today, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority by passing a speaking order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of next one month.
