(Oral) The petitioners are said to have obtained a licence for development of a residential colony named as 'Heaven City' near Amritsar. Their licensed land has been, for the purpose of levy of statutory charges like CLU, EDC, Licence Fee etc., included in the High Potential Zone-III. They however claim the inclusion of land in Medium Potential Zone-II on the premise that their licenced area falls both in High Potential Zone-III as well as Medium Potential Zone-II. Since such a claim has been put-forth by the petitioners vide representation dated 04.03.2013 (P-7), learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition as he wants to pursue the matter before the authorities who may decide such claim in accordance with the Government Notifications/ Polices/decisions taken from time to time.

CWP No.24160 of 2015 [2] The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their afore-said representation. We have no reason to doubt that the authorities would consider the petitioners' representation, if any pending before them, in accordance with law/ Government Polices etc. The petitioners, if so advised, may submit supplementary representation also to substantiate their claim.
