This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.P.C.) for directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 for taking appropriate legal action against respondent No. 4 on the application dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner regarding theft committed in her house.

The petitioner, at the very outset submits that for his grievance, he has already submitted an application dated 12.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) to the SSP, Sangrur but no action has been taken thereon so far. At this stage, the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if his application dated 12.03.2026 is decided by the authorities in a time bound manner. 3.
