Admittedly, the petitioner has come against the notice dated 13.10.2015 (Annexure P8) whereby the Estate Officer, respondent No.3, has only asked the petitioner to show cause regarding the eviction from government accommodation under Section 4 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Un-authorized Occupants) Act, 1971. It is always open to the petitioner to file his reply to the said show cause notice and take the pleas before the said authority.

In such circumstances, the present petition is premature and is dismissed in limine.
