The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents not to proceed with the enquiry on the basis of anonymous complaint (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the respondents/PSPCL submits that the said complaint has already been enquired into and warning letter has been issued to the petitioner, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
