However, the learned trial Court concerned is directed to, within five months, conclude the trial arising out from FIR No. 182 of 15.06.2017, registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal, constituting therein offences under Sections 15 & 25 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and, Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
