The petitioner is working as Junior Accountant in Kurukshetra Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Kurukshetra and presently, he is posted in the Shahabad (M) Branch Office, District Kurukshetra. His grievance is that some of his juniors, as mentioned in legal notice dated 19.8.2015 (Annexure P-10), are getting higher pay than him. The petitioner has been repeatedly representing to the respondents to remove this anomaly, but no heed is being paid to the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage, he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider and decide the legal notice.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the matter, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and take a
