*** The present writ petition is disposed of issuing a direction to the respondents to consider the legal notice dated 15.5.2022 (Annexure P-2) got served by the petitioner upon respondents within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner. In case the petitioner found entitled to grant of pensionary benefits then the same be released to him within one month of passing of the order on legal notice along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum.
