CM-9879-CWP-2021 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for exemption from filing certified copies of Annexures A1 and A-2 and also for placing the same on record. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and documents Annexures A-1 and A-2 are taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

CM-9880-CWP-2021 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for directing the Registry to list the matter for the date already fixed.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the inquiry report dated 19.04.2017 has since been taken on record vide order dated 28.02.2020 and in view of inquiry report, learned counsel for the YOGESH SHARMA 2021.08.06 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of the application.

Mr. Shireesh Gupta, Sr. DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1 while Mr. A.S. Sandhu, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. They have no objection if the main petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on board today itself.

CWP-24176-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to pursue the present writ petition and would be satisfied if the respondents proceed further with the matter as per inquiry report dated 19.04.2017. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that respondent No.3 will proceed with the matter, in accordance with law, as per the inquiry report dated 19.04.2017 and he has no objection if the present writ petition is withdrawn.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
