Grievance of the petitioner is that she has been transferred frequently. Vide order dated 02.07.2018, she was transferred from Phagwara to Balachaur. Within 14 days thereafter, order dated 16.07.2018 (Annexure P-5) was issued, transferring her back to Phagwara. Faced with this situation, learned State counsel submits that matter shall be looked into by respondent no. 2 and fresh order shall be passed within one month.

In view of statement made by State counsel, petition is hereby disposed of.

Status-quo be maintained till then.
