**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court for issuing direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P-7) in a time bound manner.
Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P-7) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that in case, the case decision is not taken within the time frame, there shall be costs of `50,000/- to be paid to the petitioner. In case, the claim of the petitioner is to be rejected, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner.
