(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondent Bank to allow the petitioners to deposit the balance settlement amount as per the Lok Adalat order dated 12.12.2015 (Annexure P-2) by 31.07.2017 and release the title deeds of the mortgaged properties to the petitioners. 2.
After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not agreed with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the D.R.T. or any other Forum, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
