PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent No.2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner while complying with Annexure P-3.

No ground is made out to interfere. However, Ms. Monika Jalota, learned Dy. Advocate General, Punjab appears on advance notice and submits that representation made by the petitioner, dated 14th July, 2022, will be considered by respondent No.3 while complying with the order passed by this Court dated 12th of May, 2022 in CRM-M No.20385 of 2022 (Annexure P-3).

In view of the fair stand taken made by Ld. State Counsel, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition. The petition is disposed off, accordingly.
