(ORAL) Pursuant to our order dated 21.05.2018, an inspection has been carried out and the report expressing satisfaction qua the physical infrastructure of the institute.

It has been stated by Dr. Anand, appearing on behalf of the respondent, that they would not have any objection to the admissions qua the current session if the institute has faculty of requisite standards. Petitioner states that factually is in place. It is difficult for us to comment on the statement made by Dr. Anand about the standards of the faculty.
