The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 20.06.2025 (Annexure P-4), declining the benefit of Leave Encashment beyond 300 days, by merely saying that the employees of Haryana Govt. are governed solely by the Rules and Regulation framed by the Govt. of Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition without pressing the same with liberty to challenge Rule 8.21 of the Punjab Civil Services Rules, Volume I. 3.

Prayer is accepted.
