On 24.09.2021, the following order was passed : "It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that after the petitioner was required by the respondents to get the medical certificate from Government Doctor qua his medical fitness, the petitioner had duly submitted the said certificate. Thereafter, the case of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents.
Notice of motion.
Mr. Ashish Rawal, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-UOI and submitted that even the review medical board was constituted and the review medical board also found the same problem with the petitioner. The counsel seeks time to file an affidavit qua the procedure followed in case of the petitioner and with specific reference to the fact whether the ANJU GOEL 2023.10.19 14:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 08.07.2022 as well as 06.10.2023. Even today, none has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that with the efflux of time, petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter.
