Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that unfortunately the respondent No. 1 has died and all the amount required to be given to the respondent-workman including pension has already been extended to him and to the legal heirs of the respondent No. 1. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though he has no instructions but once a statement is being made at bar by the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the benefits due to respondent No. 1 has been granted to him, the same be accepted subject to that in case, the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners recorded herein before is found incorrect, liberty be given to the respondents for revival of the present petition so as to decide the issue on merit. 3.

Keeping in view the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioners recorded herein before, hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of and the liberty is granted to the respondents to file an application for revival of the present petition in case the statement made by learned SAPNA GOYAL 2025.04.01 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
