**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) After arguing for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer of the petitioners, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioners for withdrawal of the present petition for moving an appropriate application for availing of alternative remedy available to him under the provisions of law.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, a prayer has been made by learned counsel that due to the urgency of the matter, learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal may be directed to decide the application of the petitioners expeditiously, as and when it is moved.
