The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.90 dated 25.06.2022, registered under Section 15 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Nakodar Sadar, District Jalandhar (Rural).

Learned State counsel has produced the custody certificate, same is taken on record, as per which, petitioner is behind bars for the last 1 year and 24 days and commercial contraband had been recovered from the petitioner.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.
