(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to handover the investigation in case FIR No.114 dated 16.12.2014 registered at Police Station Division No.1, Pathankot to CBI - respondent No.6.
Learned counsel for the State has produced the order dated 18.02.2016 passed by Special Court, Pathankot, whereby petitioner/accused has been acquitted of the charge framed in the case arising from aforesaid FIR. Copy of the order dated 18.02.2016 is taken on record.
