SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No.68 dated 15.06.2023 under Sections 324,323,34 IPC (Section 34 IPC removed and Sections 326,201 IPC added) registered at P.S. Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana Rural and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P.2).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
