(Oral) Reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State, by way of the affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tigaon, District Faridabad and Annexures R-1 to R-5 as well as vernacular versions of Annexures R-1 to R-4, are already available on the file and these documents are taken on the record.
However, learned State counsel, on the instructions from HC Ganesh from Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, Faridabad, apprises the Court that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now, the case is scheduled to be listed before the trial Court on 09.02.2022 for adducing defence evidence as well as for hearing final arguments.
