RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 5 for transfer of the case FIR No.350 dated 02.09.2021, under Sections 328, 376(2)(n), 384 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, District Panipat, to senior police officers or to some other independent investigating agency. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and at the outset submits, on instructions from ASI Lata Rani, that the investigating agency has already prepared a cancellation report which is shortly to be filed before the competent Court of jurisdiction.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedy before the concerned Court in accordance with law. September 27, 2021 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
