Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the election of the private respondent No.4 was based upon the fraud, which factual position has been brought to the notice of the State already, but no action is being taken which is causing prejudice as, he is not eligible to continue to be the counsellor of the Municipal Corporation, Rohtak. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appropriate direction be given to the respondents. 2.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Anu Pal, Addl. A.G. Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and submits that in case, any representation has been made by the petitioner already on the issue concerned and is still pending consideration with respondent No.1-State Election Commission, Haryana, then appropriate decision on the same will be taken in accordance with law by VANITA 2026.05.22 18:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment
