Mr. Doabia on instructions from Mr. Amrit Lal, Executive Officer, who is present in Court, has passed on the communication dated 04.01.2018 that the so called elections are scheduled to be held on 08.01.2018.

The petitioner-Parveen Kumar son of Zile Ram, who is present in Court and identified by Mr. Mithewal, has made an oral request to the Court to withdraw the writ petition, though Mr. Mithewal submits that the petitioner has been won over.
