(Oral) This petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed seeking quashing the order dated 20.08.2015 (Annexure P/10) passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, NRI Cases, Jalandhar declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender, in the complaint case titled "Sharanpreet Kaur v. Sunil Ram & Ors." . 2.

Vide order dated 04.10.2024, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court on or before 20.12.2024. 3.

Learned State counsel has supplied a copy of the order dated 13.11.2024, confirming that the petitioner has surrendered before the learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for petitioner concurs with the submissions made by the learned State counsel.

In view of above, no further cause of action survives in the present petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also be disposed of accordingly.
