The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of order dated 06.09.2016 (Annexure P1) passed by respondent No. 4 and order dated 29.10.2016 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No. 5 vide which a direction was issued to take possession of the house of the petitioners as they became defaulters by not paying the full and final amount of respondents No. 2 and 3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3.
