The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to take over the petitioner-colonies/projects namely Shiwalik Avenue, Shiwalik Avenue-I, Shiwalik Avenue-II, Shiwalik Avenue-III and Shiwalik Avenue-IV, in Sector 125, Kharar, Greater Mohali and to provide itself or through developers all the basic amenities and development works in the above colonies under the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995.
