Present petition has been filed by the petitioner aged about 27 years on the ground that she is being unnecessarily harassed by her husband, respondent No.4-Resham Singh as well as by her father respondent No.6Hansa Singh and some other relatives. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if representation (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner in this regard is considered and decided by respondent No.2.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rana Harjasdeep Singh, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and submitted that the concerned authorities will decide the representation if any submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of, without commenting on the merits with direction to respondents No.2 to consider complaint dated 15.09.2021 (Annexure P-2) of petitioner and to take action in the matter in accordance with law, if the circumstances so warrant, expeditiously.
