(ORAL) Reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State, by way of the affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dabwali, is already available on the file and the same is taken on the record. However, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on behalf of petitioner No.1-Sukhmander Singh @ Gurdan.

After addressing the arguments for a while qua the relief sought by petitioner No.2-Gurjinder Singh @ Kali, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition on behalf of this petitioner also while submitting that he (petitioner No.2) would be surrendering before the concerned Court and would be moving an application before the competent Court for seeking the relief of regular bail and he further prays that the said Court be directed to decide his bail SEEMA SHARMA 2021.11.25 10:16 I attest to the accuracy of this order

application within some specific time frame.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the direction that in case petitioner No.2-Gurjinder Singh @ Kali surrenders before the Court and moves any application for seeking the relief of regular bail, the concerned Court shall decide the same, preferably within a period of one week.
